I think if ur a person of color avoid this shop. EXTREMELY rude. Disrespectful person. Almost as if he's just unhappy with the world. And he's not afraid to show it. Very polite to my white sister-in-law. But once he realized we were colored. His attitude just went to the shits. Very nasty attitude dude.
I’ve been going to Ortis Automotive Centre for almost 10 years and have always had a great experience. They’ve worked on my BMWs many times and the service has consistently been professional, honest, and reliable. Frank and Dino really know their stuff and always take the time to explain what needs to be fixed and why. Over the years I’ve learned one thing - they run on black coffee and double-doubles. Treat them well and they’ll treat your car well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic in Toronto.
Low quality work If the MTO visits a shop its not a good sign and I wouldn't want to bring my vehicle there. LOW PRICE AUTO SALES sent my vehicle here to be safety and we later find out that is doesn't meet safety standards hmmm. We address this to the owner of the dealership Rahme and she claims "oh no i trust my mechanics they are good" yet the owner wrote a false safety in his name.
