We have been a patience at this clinic . When Kristin Williams was there she was a godsend, she treated the patience not the stats. Since her moving away the doctors that are currently stepping in the role are horrible . Would not make any loved one come to this clinic.
We have been going here since we moved to WA. Ever since Kirstin Williams left, I wouldn’t trust them to treat a rock. I left here in tears and a full blown panic attack last time I had an appointment. I don’t know who these new “doctors” or “nurse practitioners” are but they do not belong in the medical field. (Coming from someone who has only worked in the medical field in numerous states/hospitals) There is no communication, understanding, empathy, care, discretion or thoughtfulness to their patients anymore. I’m sorry I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they are just horrible. They NEVER answer the phone, like NEVER. They messed up my billing saying I didn’t have insurance when I actually do so got billed $1200 for labs under “ customer pay “. I have Cigna. What the problem. Also, the only medical facility in the state that for whatever reasons make you pee in a cup for testosterone refills. That is RIDICULOUS. No one has to pee in a cup to get a prescription refill.
