I began a three month program with Erin to help find the cause of my acne. She helped me round out my everyday life with better food choices, meditation, rest, and journaling. She was very thorough in addressing all aspects of my life that could be affecting my skin. After completing the three months I feel much more confident in my skin. What a heartfelt and uplifting session with Erin! Not only does she have extensive knowledge of herbs and their powerful benefits, her calm and open presence creates a safe space for emotional healing as well. Erin is amazing! She was so warm and easy to talk to. She really got to the core of my issues and worked with me to put together a program that's personalized for me, nothing generalized or cookie cutter. Since seeing Erin I have been feeling so much better, I can't say enough good things about her.
