Never had a provider spend that much time in the room. Easy to get an appointment. Definitely an upgrade over magnolia orthopedics.
The office is very nice, receptionist very friendly and no long wait. All the staff was very friendly. Had a great experience, Dr Brad Dillon answered all my questions and set me up for much needed Therapy. He was also great with my husband, that had dementia. So glad I finally made my appointment.
I’m torn about this one because on one hand, they’ve helped so much to relieve my pain. The staff seem friendly, the wait is usually not long (unless you go on a Friday when they’ve got one provider). They were super cool with me at my most recent appointment when I was a few minutes late. On the other hand, whoever’s in charge of the maintenance of the office should have their ass tied in a knot. I was in terrible pain, went to Ortho Expess and saw DR. Brad Dillion. The staff was very professional and showed concern for my problems. Dr. Dillion is an excellent doctor. Took care of my problem. Explained what he was doing and why/
