Dr Shen and his team are amazing! The office is clean and super nice. I’ve been working with them on my surgical case for years. Highly recommend coming here.
Dental staff is actually good. However, their support staff is underwhelming. In my case, they forgot to call me to schedule a visit and get my new set of retainers (invisalign.) Worst part is talking to their staff who call patients. They are unable to do basic things. I strongly recommend you to try another clinic if you want a good service.
Completely ruined my teeth and made them so sensitive. I can barely eat anything because they drilled my teeth too much after getting my braces off.
I feel stupid going to this place for Invisalign. Worst choice in my life
One of the girls in the front desk is really rude. It was a really unpleasant experience going in there and getting treated the way i was. I didn’t get her name but shes short and really skinny.
