Returning to your childhood orthodontist, as an adult is a humbling experience, but Dr. Shen made it easy! After losing my retainers while studying abroad in college, my teeth decided to go their own journey. I came back to Dr. Shen to get my smile back on track because his work is stellar. It’s rare to find a doctor you’re happy to return to a decade later, but Dr. Shen is definitely that orthodonist.
Dr. Shen is a skillful and kind orthodontist. He was able to solve within a year what less experienced orthodontist couldn’t fix in three years—and he didn’t just fix the issue, he improved it beyond. His treatment is highly efficient; at each visit, I could see my teeth progressing toward the goal, and he consistently delivered on his promises. Beyond his skills, Dr. Shen is kind and patient, prioritizing the well-being of his patients. I highly recommend him.
My experience here has been excellent. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed, and every interaction has been met with kindness and respect. The staff made the environment comfortable and positive, which truly enhanced my overall experience.
The staff is always really nice and they always seem to know what they are doing. My teeth have definitely changed for better results!
