This is a great practice, the staff was so nice! My 5yr old broke her arm, and Dr.Lorenzetti was extremely informative and attentive. The nurse who wrapped her cast was so friendly and kind. Thank you! Side note: get rid of the AI voice answering service. Useless!
Awesome practice and doctors! A/I PHONE TREE SUCKS MONKEY BALLS! Seriously, the WORST a/I phone tree I've ever used. The generic answering service will not or can not transfer you to speak with the location where we are being treated! We have to drive over to the location to speak with the front desk.
I had a very bad ankle injury and Dr Hrishikesh Gogineni saw my ankle and did a great job. I was seeing at ER first and I found OrthoVirginia and office looks so clean they always listen to any concerns you may have I recommend this clinic
I am writing to share feedback about my recent interaction with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, I found the service to be unprofessional and rude, which left a very negative impression. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to the building unless I receive a formal apology for the way I was treated. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly
