I had a very bad ankle injury and Dr Hrishikesh Gogineni saw my ankle and did a great job. I was seeing at ER first and I found OrthoVirginia and office looks so clean they always listen to any concerns you may have I recommend this clinic
I am writing to share feedback about my recent interaction with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, I found the service to be unprofessional and rude, which left a very negative impression. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to the building unless I receive a formal apology for the way I was treated. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly
I had an Ok initial visit but the follow up was bad. No one could tell me when I’d be seen .. I left after waiting 1 & 1/2 hours!!
