I had an Ok initial visit but the follow up was bad. No one could tell me when I’d be seen .. I left after waiting 1 & 1/2 hours!!
The worst AI agent experience for a new patient
It is a shame that the therapist I see is phenomenal and so are all the staff at this location. But the billing department is a scam. My advise is to not save your card on their file, pay with your card per session and keep your receipts. I learnt the hard way and even after doing all of the above, there is always a pending balance on my account and it seems they want to over charge. I have to give the OrthoVirginia team at Stone Springs this 5-star review. Everyone from the front desk team to the doctors are phenomenal. Especially the Physical Therapy team! I have been there for 2 separate issues and both times the team has been consistent, welcoming, a true cohesive team environment. They actually make having physical therapy a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy!
