It is a shame that the therapist I see is phenomenal and so are all the staff at this location. But the billing department is a scam. My advise is to not save your card on their file, pay with your card per session and keep your receipts. I learnt the hard way and even after doing all of the above, there is always a pending balance on my account and it seems they want to over charge. I have to give the OrthoVirginia team at Stone Springs this 5-star review. Everyone from the front desk team to the doctors are phenomenal. Especially the Physical Therapy team! I have been there for 2 separate issues and both times the team has been consistent, welcoming, a true cohesive team environment. They actually make having physical therapy a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy!

I was referred to this practice by my PCM. I went ahead and made an appointment with the hand/wrist doctor in this office. I logged into MyChart and completed the E-Check In 6 days before my appointment. I went ahead and drove the 45 minutes to this office only to be told in the first 30 seconds that they didn't take my insurance as of February 2025. I was livid and it was a total waste of my time. I had a terrible experience with OrthoVirginia. They charged me a no-show fee even though I canceled my appointment through their automated texting system due to a snowstorm. When I reached out to their Regional Director of Therapy, Lauren Anderson, to resolve the issue, she was extremely rude and dismissive.
