Ridiculous.... Not only are your wait times extremely long even just to get seen. They wont even respond to messages on their beloved MyChart system. Had to argue with 2 PAs to get an MRI ordered, haven't heard a peep from the original doc since I saw him face to face. I had the radiologist send the images via Fax and then had a customer service rep tell me that's not possible. My experience with OrthoVirginia on Walker Lane in Springfield has been exemplary. In all areas of care starting with a GREAT Orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Thomas Martinelli; my incredible Physical Therapist, Lindsey Krisak; and all of the wonderful PT Techs who worked tirelessly. This is a most extraordinary group of professionals, and I feel very fortunate.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elena Wornom and her team. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Elena Wornom is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled as an orthopedic nurse practitioner, but she also takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you understand every step of the process.
