The front desk people are all very pleasant and helpful. My PT for 2 years was Ellen. As far as I am concerned, there is no one better in Richmond. She is very patient and understands how to best help you reach the objectives that the doctor has set. She is always pleasent and in good humor. Very experienced and she explains every exercise and how it contributes to your recovery.
