Excellent and Caring Staff, with wonderful people skills!
Horrible. Barbaric Released with a catheter pain level 8 treated like I wasn't even human after surgery. Room was dirty cold packs not eveen Cold asked for pain meds few nurses were nice or knew how to care for knee replacement. I will not recommend anyone to Come here ever. Insurance companies need to stop telling Surgeons what to do and stop treating ME like I don't matter. Healthcare is totally broken at this facility No teamwork for care after going home either TRAMATIZED for at least first 5 days at home of PAIN. My oth... read more
The physical therapy people never answer the phone, if you go to schedule an appointment in person neither. They suck in customer service. Damn when there's people that really work hard, it's hard to see how some people do nothing and dealing with health issues. Aimee didn't do anything for me.
