Awesome place. Great doctors and staff. My number one choice .
Got lost on the way to the appointment and tried calling for about 20-30 minutes. The system just loops you around. By the time I did get someone it was after my appointment time. So I didn’t get my appointment. I’m in pain and very frustrated. Would not recommend.
Therapist I worked with was great. They overbook so you do not get the hour you paid for. Anthem should look into this because they are getting shortchanged. Front desk receptionists are vile. Choose a different physical therapy unless you like getting ripped off.
Won't answer the phone most of the time. When they do answer they put you on hold until you hang up, and one lady acted like she couldn't hear me. I've been trying to set up physical therapy for over a week, and this just happens to be the closest to my work.
