My appointment was 9:30am got there at 9:15am assistance took me back did vital signs and took me into small room made me wait for 1hr and 10 minutes with 5 minute consult with PA. Jennifer. And she got nerve to be sarcastic is unacceptable never ever going back there.😡
Trying to reach the front desk to schedule an appointment, but looks like impossible to reach them. The automated system never let me connect to front desk. Tried the call back options, but didn’t work .
The phone system is not working properly. The system asks you to "Press 1 if you want to be called back" rather than waiting. When I pressed 1 several times as the message repeated, nothing happened. The music goes on... :(
