We've had several things done with Ortho Va through the years. So LACK of follow-up care after our latest visit really surprised us. Whereas they were excellent at getting us in promptly, the NP Sweeney, who was very attentive, 'in person", asked us to call in a couple of days if symptom's did not improve; which sadly, they didn't ,so we called back 2 days later. Initial appt for carpel tunnel things went good. They said I would be called to schedule testing on my wrist, I had to call. Was told at that appt Dr would call with results, no call, so I had to call and had to make an appt to hear results. At that appt was told Marrisa would call by end of week to sched procedure. I gave them 3 weeks to call and no one did so I began calling and leaving VM’s.
