This company uses unfair business practices when it comes to billing. Despite having uninsured discounts applied to my account before, Orthovirginia has removed those discounts. As a result, my bill has tripled. The billing department refuses to make any further adjustments.
Love this place! I have had to use it twice and highly recommend it!
If you’re a person of color this isn’t the place to go. I sit here for 35 minutes. My foot swollen and changing colors.Receptionist playing games on the computer nobody in the back and waiting room completely empty as well as the parking lot. Eventually just left to go to the hospital to get a referral to be seen at OrthoVa because they can’t do anything
In/out unless than an hour. Courteous, efficient staff. Nice office. Great service!
Every time I go to specifically this location, I feel very uncomfortable. I always feel like I’m treated different because of my color and appearance if I’m being 100% honest. And it’s only this location. The last time I was seen, the physician that saw me was extremely rude with an attitude and short with me. He didn’t even examine the body part that I came in for.
