Every time I go to specifically this location, I feel very uncomfortable. I always feel like I’m treated different because of my color and appearance if I’m being 100% honest. And it’s only this location. The last time I was seen, the physician that saw me was extremely rude with an attitude and short with me. He didn’t even examine the body part that I came in for. My husband had hip& leg pain for almost a week. Could not get in with his PCP or specialist for weeks. Was able to get in the next day after calling. He was in/out within an hour and they took xrays. Very friendly, highly recommend!
Today was my first experience with OV on Call in Forest, and it was great! I was a walk-in first thing in the morning with no appointment, and they got me checked in quickly and efficiently. I was called within 10 mins of checking in. Every staff member I came in contact with was great and friendly. Dan Acevedo saw me and took great care of me. I definitely had a great experience here!
