3 visits with Dr. Knutson have been positive , friendly, patient, welcoming and professional. 2 visits with Dr. OUELLETTE. . Let's just say, the second one went better....and the shots worked.
Really great experience. Took a while and a couple tries to walk in, but once I got in it was great. Understandable. Every one is busy these days. Check in and nurse were great. My PA was Acevedo i believe. Hope I didn't get that wrong. It's been a long time since I had a Dr. Really listen, but he did. Would recommend 1000%.
While I was given options for care, I am not confident in my diagnosis because I do not feel like I was heard. The nurse and the Dr continually spoke over me. And then were completely done hearing anything I had to say when I said No to PT . They did not even care to hear my concerns about PT not working. Will never go here again.
My wife has had severe pain in her hand for nearly 2 weeks. We tried to make an appointment to see a hand specialist and we were told that the earliest appointment we could get was a month out. After two weeks, she was in so much pain that I took her to the Farmville walk in Ortho clinic. We were told that since she was on the books for an appointment in two weeks, she could not be seen at the walk in clinic! How ridiculous is that!
