I went in for a walk in appointment because I believe I re-injured my shoulder. The nurse was dismissive and TOLD ME I was there for neck pain NOT shoulder pain which is what my main concern was. I told both the doctor and nurse multiple times that my shoulder was the main issue. Unfortunately, I was dismissed each time.
