Went to this clinic in 2022. Was happy with service. However, need a new appointment now. Was told there was a billing block which surprised me. I moved to a new location a month after receiving treatment, got their bill late, but paid them the $300. Now they won't make an appointment for me, and insist I keep speaking with their collections department. Found all of my documentation verifying that I paid them but I have to wait until I receive an itemized statement and it can only be mailed the old fashioned way, not emailed... read more

Lady who answered the phone was completely rude. I explained to her that I needed a new patient appt and she asked what for, I told her my bones hurt (legs and arms) and they always have but they are getting worse, so I thought maybe I could start here. She says they arent a fix all Clinic, and they can only see me for one bone...? Its the way she was talking to me that was rude, her tone and attitude. I told her I would just call somewhere else and she said Okay- so that is what I will do.

Worst experience. First the new automated service Ovie is horrible, why on earth would you use this system? It never knows what you are saying to it, takes forever to finally get to a person. Dr. Baltic and the medical asst were both rude and condescending. Dr. Baltic didn't want to hear anything I had to say, wouldn't answer questions, talked over me, knew before he even walked in the door he wasn't going to help me...then why waste my time anymore? First AND only visit earlier this year. I had xrays done at an ER shortly before my visit here. My wrist, I couldn't move it nearly at all. We spoke about it, clearly, however, I was denied an MRI. Instead, they loaded me up with more xrays, that showed the exact same that I brought with me to the apt and ended up with an expensive bill. "Sprain". My son went to OrthoVirginia Christiansburg Therapy for a custom finger splint. The therapist struggled to make it, even looking up methods during the appointment. She was patient and eventually made one, but the splint fell apart the same night. We had to go back, and while she was apologetic, they charged me for the second visit—even though the first splint was defective. I’ve spent over a month calling billing and the clinic.
