Do not schedule any appointments with Anne Howland, PA. Clueless and worst medical semi- professional I have unfortunately encountered. My first review but could not let this slide.
At first I thought highly of my experience with ortho Virginia. The staff were very nice and Dr Whitfield seemed alright but then when it got into the organization of this facility I give it an absolute zero rating! I entrusted this surgeon to get the job done with the surgery he had recommended. When they were supposed to file the authorization to the insurance company they didn’t send in enough info.
