Regarding Dr. Ben Kittredge, I wouldn’t recommend. Not a good listener, he did not make me feel like he cared. I have to wonder if he was a better listener would he have prescribed Corticosteroids after I had already had to take a course of Ciprofloxacin, and if the combination of both is what caused my bicep to rupture in the first place. He was so worried about what he was, or more so case, wasn’t prescribing me that really makes me wonder if my arm would still be fully functional. Can't say enough about Dr Steven Hughes on the care I received there. Went from living in absolute pain to living pain-free after a successful micro discectomy. I would recommend them to everyone who is having back pain.
Paula! Paula! After receiving surgery, my MD and I discussed a work note with restrictions and when I reviewed the note - there were multiple details missing. I was advised to call the MDs office for corrections. I called multiple times within business hours and began to run out of time as my employee health office closed at 4. Great dr and staff
The doctors and staff here are amazing. Their billing department and administration? Not so much. I kept getting sent a bill from OrthoVA, only to immediately login to the patient portal and see a balance due of zero. Now, literally years later, I get served notice that I am being sued by Gilliam & Mikula, a law firm with an extremely, extremely poor reputation.
