Staff and dr yeh are the best
Just had the strangest most unpleasant interaction here. I had an appointment for 2 PM. After getting off a day of calls at 1pm, I realized I had a voicemail asking me to move the appointment earlier, as well as a text message telling me my appointment was now at 1 PM. I called to see what had happened and explain I never agreed to move the time. The woman I spoke with insisted that my appointment had never been at 2 PM.
