The front desk staff were nice. The orthopedic surgeon and her assistants were kind, empathetic and caring. The reason for docking stars is because of the clinics policies. I came in with 4 issues - I knew there wouldn’t be time to discuss all of them but I expected at least two to be addressed - my hip pain and wrist pain. Well, the doctor did not allow me to discuss more than one issue during my visit and said I would have to make additional appointments for any further concerns. They are the most rude doctors I've ever met . At first they are nice . Then they get paid and just want to get rid of you. I am making sure my timeline is in tack. Denying i have bone fragment and something growing larger by the week on the right knee. I was the man of the house that took care of my family. Now they are forced to take care of me.
