There’s no way to contact this company. Neither phone number that is listed on their website works, so if your product doesn’t work (which it’s beginning to look like it won’t) you will not be able to get in touch with them to get your money back.

I had a great experience overall with Orthovet. I’m from Canada. There are lots of negative reviews I was surprised to see here, mostly I think people did not notice the No refund/exchange only rule and are upset about it. As per the sizing, if you aren’t custom-ordering the boots, I would never expect every area of the standard sized splints to accommodate your dog perfectly… I would assume custom made splints would be necessary to fit the dog perfectly. Same experience as others. I wish I had seen all these negative reviews and the BBB rating of an F before I ordered a front paw splint for my Golden Retriever. This splint does not fit even though we measured exactly as they recommend. They do not refund and have terrible customer service. I would highly recommend you search elsewhere for your dog orthopedic needs.

Same experience as others. BEWARE OF RETURN POLICY OR LACK THERE OF BEFORE PURCHASE. The policy is orthopet will change the size of what you order, but will not allow you to return your order. I too lost $100 due to the splint not fitting the shape of my dogs leg. Definitely would not have made the purchase if I were not fooled by their 30 day return advertisement. I did not read it thoroughly.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Our 17 year old dog requires a special brace on his leg to be able to walk due to a hawk joint injury. The original vendors of his braces went out of business, so we thought a brace from Orthovet would be suitable. Unfortunately it did not fit. They were not understanding for a refund despite having all the original packaging in tact and brace unused. They finally offered a partial refund, which we graciously accepted.
