I’m a pensioner. I have orthotics with Velcro straps and padding that I got from here. The straps are worn and simply need to be replaced. I phoned to arrange this and was told a needed a GP referral - to replace the strapping!! I told the woman this seemed ridiculous - it wasn’t a medical issue, it was just replace the Velcro. She didn’t care. I said it was also a waste of money going to a GP as it’s a struggle to pay bills these days. And I couldn’t see the point in wasting $80 so a GP could sign a referral. Avoid at all costs. I'm still in shock over the fact that the lack of professionalism I witnessed actually happened and wasn't some exaggerated story from the depths of the internet! Get your GP to refer you to somewhere else; ANYWHERE else.
Can't believe they have no reviews. Always worked hard to get things just right. Very happy with them.
