Really bad experience with this company. First it took weeks and multiple trials to get a fax to them. Their fax machines were not working. Then, during the appointment they didn’t do a mold but scanned my older insoles. Several weeks later, I call them for an update—they said the insoles were ready. I showed up the office when they told me to come for a fitting appointment and they had left early. They charged me 30 dollars for shipping the insoles. I'm very happy and pleased with the service and care I receive in the Springfield office. Blaine, Missy, Alyssa, and the entire staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and really give their patients a sense of confidence..
O&P is the best protethis I've ever been for my prosthetics. Missy is by far the best prosthethis I've ever had she is more knowledgeable than most people twice her age I'm a double amputee burn victim so I'm a very hard fit but she has been incredible and for me to walk up and down stairs is nothing short of amazing if you seen how I came to her she's really worked her magic and got me to be the most comfortable I've been in 13 years thank you from the bottom of my heart you gave me purpose again
