I am assuming at this point that this company is a scam or some fraudulent scheme. My paid August 2019 orthotics order was already late when I began contacting Active Arch by email and telephone on 10-21-19. Almost 2 weeks later now, I not only have not received my order, but have not even received a reply to my emails or a return call. Beware of this company!
