Lotta audacity to ghost a cripple that just wants to walk and run. Was told to wait a month to discuss making a booking. Not a month for an appointment but a month to even have the chance for one. Nothing. Poor form guys, real poor form.
Had my son’s helmet fitted at the Chermside branch. Had all kinds of issues after a faulty adjustment at his 8 week appointment. Still couldn’t get it right after multiple appointments and just got told ‘not much we can do’. Paid $2,000 for a helmet and was only able to use it for 8 weeks. Management extremely rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Go elsewhere.
I was referred to this business for my daughter’s helmet by our physiotherapist. I was very doubtful before the first appointment but they helped me understanding the process and gave me all the information I needed. They reassured me when I was concerned. They were professional, objective and unbiased. They did not push for the sale of the helmet which was one of my biggest concern. I went against 2 pediatricians’s opinions and purchased it.
