I have been a client of this practice since 2019 when I got my first pair of orthotics by the lovely Steph. In 2025 I decided it was time to get a new pair of orthotics and I went to a practice closer to my new home. What a mistake that was! It really made it clear how honest and professional the team at Orthotic Solutions are. So I returned to get my new pair made and my old pair were even given a revamp free of charge! I needed help with my custom orthotics made in Italy. They were worn out after 8 months being used heavily, and I really did not wan't to wait to go back to my home country to repair them. Orthotics Solutions were very responsive to my dilemma last week. I had to have my shoes stretched urgently to allow for my bunions. I had to wear the shoes the next day and the lovely lady at reception fit me in to Stewart’s busy day. Stewart custom stretched my shoes in minutes which saved me from a lot of pain the next day.
