We went to Orthotic Solutions for my daughter’s new AFO and was really impressed with Savannah’s customer service. We saw Jaron for the assessment and AFO fitting and he is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and really great in explaining to us important details and everything we need to know. We will for sure come back for my daughter’s AFO needs!
We have been dealing with Orthotic Solutions for my daughter's AFOs since she was 2 yrs old (she is now almost 13) and we've never had a problem before. The staff have always been welcoming and super polite BUT the RECEPTIONIST customer service was terrible. I've never been treated like this before. I called to inquire about a billing question and this person was SO RUDE. I had a wonderful experience with Orthotic Solutions from beginning to end. Right from the first phone call, the Receptionist was kind, patient, and Incredibly helpful in getting my appointment booked. When i arrived , i was warmly welcomed, and that first impression really set the tone for the entire visit. Love Orthotic Solutions and finally writing a review. Andrew, my orthotist, is very personable and makes great orthotics. He takes time to explain, address questions and make adjustments based on feedback. He even makes recommendations for shoes. I've been a customer for years and highly recommend Orthotic Solutions. And, the receptionist at my last visit was very pleasant.
