We have been dealing with Orthotic Solutions for my daughter's AFOs since she was 2 yrs old (she is now almost 13) and we've never had a problem before. The staff have always been welcoming and super polite BUT the RECEPTIONIST customer service was terrible. I've never been treated like this before. I called to inquire about a billing question and this person was SO RUDE. I had a wonderful experience with Orthotic Solutions from beginning to end. Right from the first phone call, the Receptionist was kind, patient, and Incredibly helpful in getting my appointment booked. When i arrived , i was warmly welcomed, and that first impression really set the tone for the entire visit. As someone with a disability , navigating medical appointments can sometimes be overwhelming, but the Team here made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Love Orthotic Solutions and finally writing a review. Andrew, my orthotist, is very personable and makes great orthotics. He takes time to explain, address questions and make adjustments based on feedback. He even makes recommendations for shoes. I've been a customer for years and highly recommend Orthotic Solutions. And, the receptionist at my last visit was very pleasant.
Interesting to read the other poor reviews that mention the receptionist. She is truly horrible and should pursue a different line of work that does not involve customer service. I was asking about getting a second pair of orthotics made from the foot mold I still have and she said I need a prescription. I was surprised since I don't need any changes just a second pair as my original pair is 8 years old. This is apparently a change from before.
