Love Orthotic Solutions and finally writing a review. Andrew, my orthotist, is very personable and makes great orthotics. He takes time to explain, address questions and make adjustments based on feedback. He even makes recommendations for shoes. I've been a customer for years and highly recommend Orthotic Solutions. And, the receptionist at my last visit was very pleasant.
Interesting to read the other poor reviews that mention the receptionist. She is truly horrible and should pursue a different line of work that does not involve customer service. I was asking about getting a second pair of orthotics made from the foot mold I still have and she said I need a prescription. I was surprised since I don't need any changes just a second pair as my original pair is 8 years old. This is apparently a change from before. We recently had an appointment with Andrew for our daughter, Rowyn. Andrew was incredibly insightful and took the time to explain everything in detail as the assessment went along. Can tell he cares a great deal about his profession and everyone who walks through the door. Thank you, Andrew!
Nice and very helpful
I saw Andrew for an initial visit on a referral from my exceptional Physiotherapist Kourtney Grant. Andrew was exceptionally thorough in his clinical exam and diagnosis but more importantly in his treatment recommendations. He told me that I didn't require orthotics at this time and instead told me what specific shoe I needed and where I could find it. After buying the shoes, the knee pain that I have lived with for 3+ years essentially went away. Superb service!!
