We sat in the lobby for well over an hour waiting while there were no other patients in there. Lunch was delivered to the office and when asking every 15 minutes how much longer to be fitted for a back brace we kept getting the same answer of just a few minutes. We were then told we would have to pay 156.30 to get the brace. I explained there certainly was no co-pay due. They said pay it and if the insurance does pay it they would send a refund.
