OPC is a great company ! The staff are wonderful Jillian ,Estefany and Robyn they are always so helpful.
Months ago, I needed a carpal tunnel brace, and had been given a lot of incorrect information about the brace ordering/insurance process by my nerve doctor. When I arrived at OPC, I was frustrated and stressed. I spoke with Estefany who was super understanding and explained the process to me in a very honest and kind way. Extremely great people. Their so patient and no question is stupid. OPC, Sarasota, FL., office really cares about you. They check up on you frequently. So happy I met these wonderful people.
Professional, knowledgeable and so informative. Robin helped my husband get fitted for his prosthetic leg. She made sure the fit was perfect, advised him on how to wear it and even helped him design the graphic ! The staff is wonderful and made us feel comfortable the minute we entered the door. Thank you for your wonderful care and service.
So, my girlfriend has been a below the knee amputee for over 2 years now and OPC has been there since the beginning. They took the time to come out to her rehabilitation center to get her started on her new journey in life, to coming to our home for any kind of adjustments or needs that Jennifer had acquired about.
