We have been coming to this location since our son was a baby, which is now almost 2 years. They are really nice specially Estephany, which would always try to accommodate us. They also always make sure that you are satisfied with the with the product and will make adjustments if needed.

Months ago, I needed a carpal tunnel brace, and had been given a lot of incorrect information about the brace ordering/insurance process by my nerve doctor. When I arrived at OPC, I was frustrated and stressed. I spoke with Estefany who was super understanding and explained the process to me in a very honest and kind way. Extremely great people. Their so patient and no question is stupid. OPC, Sarasota, FL., office really cares about you. They check up on you frequently. So happy I met these wonderful people.

Professional, knowledgeable and so informative. Robin helped my husband get fitted for his prosthetic leg. She made sure the fit was perfect, advised him on how to wear it and even helped him design the graphic ! The staff is wonderful and made us feel comfortable the minute we entered the door.
