I was not aware the doctor was giving me a surgical boot from an outside company until I received a $459 bill for a boot that costs less than $100 anywhere else. I did not sign any paperwork to get supplies or a boot from this company. I did not sign anything that they could bill my insurance. My insurance has paid well over the cost of the boot & this company is still billing me a lot more. I could have purchases 5 of the same boots elsewhere.
