My son has custom orthotics for 6 years with Jay and had great experiences. Unfortunately he has very poor time management skills. I went to pick up orthotics a couple of weeks ago and he was over an hour late to arrive work so we left. Today we went again and although we were told he was running half an hour behind, he was no where near being ready for him an hour after his appointment time. Save your sanity and time and go elsewhere.
Jay always treated my family well! Haven't been in for quite some time, but always had excellent service, products, and we always left as happy customers. Jay impressed me with his knowledge, skill, and professionalism... and he's a nice guy!
Very thorough exam with lots of good information and feedback regarding orthotics and how it will improve my personal situation. Great recommendations for shoes. Look forward to getting my orthotics in a couple of weeks.
