I highly recommend Ian if you need a knee brace. He is knowledgeable, patient, polite, and provided my 85 yr old mom with a knee brace in under 2 weeks that takes away the pain in her knee. He is outstanding. Thank you Ian. (William is my online name :) .. signed Mike).
