My experience at Rainville and with their team has been outstanding. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and professional from my initial visit through the Partial Nail Avulsion surgery. Rhett was exceptional; he thoroughly explained the procedure, answered all questions, and provided encouragement during the administration of the local anesthetic while maintaining focus during surgery. I appreciate the team's dedication and expertise.
He was personable and explained all aspects of the assessment with me.
