This company is borderline fraudulent in that they were contacted by my wife’s in-network orthopedic surgeon for a back brace and despite multiple inquiries about being an in-network provider for our plan, the representative (who’s was conveniently left off the receipt) and came to our house for the fitting and affirmed their network affiliation with our plan, they are now billing us for $1500 after our insurance declined due to an out-of-network provider!
