i have ordered a product months ago. it never arrived. i sent numerous emails and messages on other platforms, but the seller never answered. i ordered in june, its november, i would appreciate some assistance from a live staff member and not the automated response.

i had so much anxiety in purchasing the ankle brace my doctor recommended. Halli at orthotape was there to answer my many phone calls. in each call she displayed a sunny disposition, patience, sensitivity and care that was astouding. She could sense my anxiety rising with each new call and just went over and above to reduce that anxiety. i dont usually receive that type of service anywhere. if i need another brace i know who to call. i have not received the brace yet but i am sure it will be great like the service i received... read more
