I had braces by Dr. Mark Hamanishi years ago and forever regret not going with a different orthodontist. Still to this day dealing with problems and he shaved my right front tooth way too much. I knew my teeth weren’t aligned but he removed my braces anyway disregarding my concern and questions regarding my bite not aligning. Braces are too expensive to not have a perfect or near perfect end result.
The receptionist is going to deter alot of buisness being ignorant and unhelpful.
I had orthodontic treatment at this clinic, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After my braces were removed, I told the orthodontist that I wasn’t happy with the results—my bottom teeth were not aligned properly, and it was clearly noticeable. As an adult orthodontic patient, I traveled to three countries for orthodontic treatment. Thank you for the last stop, where I got a perfect ending. Thank you for the treatment plan of Dr. David's team. In this year, my bite, midline alignment and other problems have been solved healthily. Now I have entered the stage of retainers, and everything will get better.
We finished treatment this week. Overall this place is good. My son’s teeth are aligned. It looks good and everything. However our experience wasn’t very pleasant. Originally when we started treatment around two years ago, we were told that we would have our insurance claim form emailed to us every month. Then we stopped getting it and they said that something was wrong with their system and that it’s not automatically sending it anymore.
