**updated review** Minnie (owner) reached out to me after seeing my review, so I wanted to add an update. It was her employee that I dealt with about the gift card and Minnie never knew of the situation. The employee was mistaken about their polices and provided incorrect information, so Minnie sent me a check for $300 to refund the gift card that was purchased for me. She told me they weren’t currently doing cryo but have some future plans - I asked her to keep me updated in case their new plans are something I would enjoy.... read more
It used to be a good place to go, before they changed things. They started running out of nitrogen for their cryo machine then changed up their memberships and quit doing the cryo capsule, so I cancelled my membership. I later was given a gift certificate for Christmas but was busy traveling/working and it expired when I called to use it. They said it expired in 90 days, which I’m not sure follows the law?!?
