I ruptured my ACL in January 2025 and found OSVi soon after, with Dave as my physio through a recommendation. On his suggestion and with the goal of returning to sports, I’ve been doing the group strength and conditioning sessions twice a week, and they’ve been a game‑changer. Osvi has been a catalyst for my self growth and confidence in being active again after my ACL and meniscus surgery. From the support of Tim Whitehead to the amazing physios and Strength and Conditioning coaches, I have been able to be apart of a community I have missed out on due to absence in netball and have felt supported the whole way through my recovery. I recently did testing here and couldn’t speak more highly. Every member of the team was extremely helpful, kind and genuine throughout the whole process, and provided me with a great outlook on where I was at in my recovery. Would highly recommend.
Did the return to sports testing with Dr Argell. The machines were of good quality and whole staff was very kind and helpful.
