Absolutely the best physical therapy group. Very knowledgeable, great people, if you need PT, look no further. I'm over 60, been in therapy over the years, back has been an issue since I was 20. Again, best PT I've ever worked with.

Wonderful place. I arrived in significant pain and feeling hopeless after several unsuccessful experiences with therapists at other PT facilities. A friend recommended this place, and I’m so grateful she did. Its been 3 months and I still haven't received my refund. I was originally told by the front desk that I would receive the refund about a month after I was discharged. I was discharged in April and had heard nothing by May. I called several times asking for the status where I was told "the front desk was out for lunch and would call me back" which they never did, and on another occasion, I was transferred to the billing department voicemail where I left a message and again never received a call back. Very disorganized billing department. I had a billing issue, reached out to resolve it and was told everything was settled in February, only for a bill to arrive at my house 2 months later with the incorrect amount. When I reached out to them about my concerns, I was told I would hear back in a week and I am still waiting for a response.

After calling since three days, sending emails and leaving voicemails I still didn’t get a call back to schedule an appointment.
