Horrible experience with physical therapist. I was there for therapy for knee replacement. The therapist Christine turned the machine up to high which caused my whole body to be raised off the chair. When I told her it was up too high she was extremely rude and said she would do it her way. I did speak to a manager about it at the next appointment and he just shrugged it off. She did the same thing with the machine and was very rude again, it really twisted my back. It caused my back to be in horrible pain as I had had back ... read more
Excellent Experience – My podiatrist sent me to Don Labourr of Orthosport P.T. to help me recover from a torn Achilles tendon. Don worked with me for my first appointment, and therapist Kerry for the subsequent sessions. During the time I was there, I was impressed with their competence and professionalism. Kerry, in particular, is a delight! Surgery is looming in the not too distant future, and I will certainly come back to Orthosport for my physical therapy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORTHOSPORT P. T.
Bad Experience with Therapist – I don't know where to start from. I am 55 years old with back pain due to an old injury on the job. My brother in law recommended this place to me. A therapist by the name Christine ws assigned to me. I have never had such inexperienced and incompetant pt like this one. She was also rude and unfriendly. My pain has worsened since I have seen her. My advice to you. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
Good Service - Bad Billing – Great physical therapist - but getting a bill for work done more than 3 years prior to receiving a demand for immediate payment or threat to be turned over to collection is not good practice.
Very impressed! – After getting a referral from my doctor, I went into Orthosport doubtful that they would be able to do anything for my back. Was I wrong!! My therapist was very open to hearing my thoughts and listened carefully. She seemed to go to the exact trigger spots like a bullseye! I enjoyed a beneficial and precise treatment massage after being warmed up with a heating pad. Then they tought me stretching excercises and muscle strengthening exercises specific to my pain.
