Late on Dec 2 I was informed that my wife needed a post surgery walker, at the local orthopedic surgery centre. I called Orthosport minutes before closing. The help and service was spectacular. The gentleman that helped me immediately organized the walker, battled with a new CC system to process payment, and offered to deliver it to the surgery centre. Amazingly, friendly and helpful service. So very much appreciated.
I have been very happy with the level of support and professionalism from this group. We use them regularly in our practice!
Went to Westmount service center with prescription from OT for orthese for hand. Man there suggested he did not have this model. Custom made was not even an option that was offered.
Service exceptionnel et courtois. Prix très raisonnable.
