Dr. Tupis repaired my rotator cuff in December, 2024 and did an awesome job! He is an excellent surgeon who took as much time as I needed to explain my injury and the surgery procedure. The nurses and staff in his office are very efficient and friendly. My recovery has been exceptional as I had two phenomenal physical therapists who worked with me. I have tremendous elbow pain and came here to get treatment. I was told I owe $116 from a prior visit that I never got a bill from and I had to pay that immediately to get seen. So I don’t get paid till next week so they offered to reschedule me then but that’s not really helpful when you’re in pain now. I didn’t want to go to the ER because it’s not really an emergency. It’s crazy. I work in healthcare and I would never turn patients away. So I will go get treated elsewhere.
