Sadly this location does not live up to the reputation I am used to dealing with. I have some serious issues causing severe back pain. The treatment plan is to suffer thru 6 weeks of PT before the insurance will approve a MRI so we can see what injections would be approved. I insisted they send the request through my insurance . I just got a call telling me the insurance denied the auth. so I have to do the 6 weeks of PT (without pain meds) because they don't give pain meds there. Dr. Gehrman recently performed shoulder surgery on my minor son. He took plenty of time to go over options prior to surgery. After surgery he came to the waiting area and gave me a complete update of how the surgery went. He’s very professional and patient and truly cares for the best outcome.
Dr Gehrman cares about you as a whole person. Tells you everything that you need to know, pros and cons about surgery etc. I would highly recommend him, he’s very knowledgeable, takes his time and answers your questions until you understand.
