I bought a pair of shoes, that no matter what I did to try and get them to feel comfortable, they just didn’t work out. The manager Chase was amazing, accommodating, understanding, and very helpful with my situation. I will definitely be back in hopes to find what I like with the right fit. Also like to add, all the staff are also friendly, and super helpful Thank you 😊
My experience with Stephanie Couch was fantastic
I showed up with a variety of issues that I have run into with both feet/ankles/legs as I train for a half marathon, including a Morton's Neuroma, Achilles pain, a nasty shin splint and hamstring tension. Stephanie went through a detailed history, performed a comprehensive manual exam of my feet, took video of my gait and went through it with me, showing me clearly what was happening with each foot, then took 3D measurements of each foot and came up with an orthotic solution to address the different issues. My husband has been getting his orthotics from Sean at Orthoquest for years. He’s always been very pleased with Sean’s advice & excellent products. After my visit I’m in complete agreement. Sean did a thorough analysis of my feet, then scanned them for a perfect feet. I can pick up my custom orthotics in a week. Very impressive!!
I had a fantastic experience at Orthoquest, I really recommend going here. I had my initial assessment with Sean who was so kind and patient with my anxiety and disability, made me feel comfortable through the whole appointment which really helped me and explained the process very well. Wonderful experience.
