Stephanie was very thorough and helpful answering any questions I had re the orthotic process and desired outcomes. Most like companies are what I refer to as get you in a get you out as fast as they can and get your money. This was a very thorough process and Stephanie took all the time needed to complete a great outcome.

I am so happy I found Russell at Orthoquest. He answered all my queries and spend a lot of time scanning, measuring and taking photos of my knee. Overall, I am very impressed with Orthoquest even when trying on different sandals. I highly recommend them.
