Senior staff (Mark) at CHLA is extremely prejudice. Denied my child services based on him receiving medi-cal without verification of the services he was able to receive. Told me flat out their services won't be covered, and I hadn't even given him a copy of any insurance cards yet. Then proceeded to STOP Zach from helping us and telling us to leave and someone will contact me. If yoi aren't a white family with a HMO or PPO, don't waste your time!
