Quality of care is poor. Communication and follow up is up to the patient. Waiting 48 hours for a call back. To be told a doctor or nurse will get in contact with you soon and then having to follow up in another 48 hours because you haven’t gotten a response. Having to constantly follow up for treatment and pain management in this type of environment is un unacceptable. Having to go to the ER due to no response ,
Once again I was disappointed with the care provided. Their idea of informed consent is a joke and how the patient feels about the treatment plan means nothing. Im told one thing at one appointment and then the doctor goes back on his word. He insults my intelligence and fails to mention important components involved in care. Im definitely planning to switch to Aurora when this is all said and done.
