Compassionate, professional, and efficient, staff. Was seen promptly, X-Rayed, and results analyzed immediately. Interpretation provided by Dr. Alent, who answered my questions respectfully and proceeded with a temporary pain management solution. He offered suggestions for continued care. This office is the gold standard for urgent care!
Went to this clinic to see what was going on with my back. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. The nurse was very thorough and x-rays were done. The radiologic technologist was gentle and very thoughtful when doing my films. I was relieved to hear that there was nothing serious with my back. Was given thorough instructions printed out for stretching,. Did do this but, my spasms and pain increased. The staff is incredibly attentive. Dr Jeffrey Alent listened carefully, addressed my concerns, offered a treatment plan for home. He did not rush through the appointment. I have experienced pain relief and seen improvement in my sprained ankle. I will most definitely go back if I needed to. Absolutely recommend The Orthopedic Clinic.
