Mackenzie was fantastic. The was very professional and mindful of my mother’s care. She listened to what my mom had to say and was kind enough to explain everything to my mom in a way that she could understand and yet did it in such a way as to not talk down to her. She actually caught a problem the doctor had missed with a compression fracture. If they did Daisy awards for PAs I would nominate her in a second. I appreciated the care my mother received at her hands.
I seen three different staff members on this visit and all thee were professional and personable. Kind and caring. Thank you for listening to my concerns.
