Extremely fast help, great staff, and knowledgeable Drs. Basically no real wait time as well. I’ve been to Ballads Urgent Care, the wait is almost more painful than why your there. I also knew I had an orthopedic issue with my hip. I’m very glad I went here. Went back 2 weeks later and it feels just a 5 out of 10 now. So they’ve definitely helped me. Thank you

I was seen quickly, x-rayed, evaluated, and treated in clean, professional offices. The clinic is conveniently located in Colonial Heights, maybe a mile from my home. I'm only sorry I delayed seeking help.
