It is not urgent care. They said they would "squeeze me in" 2 hours later when Doctor returned from lunch. And good luck finding the place. Google maps clearly brought us to the school.
I cannot in good faith recommend that anyone go to Orthopedic Urgent Care. To be candid, I strongly urge anyone who wants a reliable and accurate diagnosis to avoid Orthopedic Urgent Care.
