I have been rescheduled 3 times to get a follow-up appointment. I have now been sitting 48 minutes past my appointment time which I arrived 20 minutes early for and still waiting to get x-rays. This happens EVERY time and they have no care to resolve the bottleneck and their waiting room is standing room only. Find another location and stay away from Baylor at all turns!
