In September 2018 I dislocated my patella and started seeing Dr. Bonnarens. I had surgery in October and had office visits all throughout my recovery. I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of care I received from day 1 until now, 6 months later. The surgery was complex, and recovery was long, but I always felt that the staff and Dr. Bonnarens really cared about my ability to return to my normal daily activities. They dont even deserve a 1 star. They are the rudest, most hateful people there. We sat for over an hour waiting to be called back. People coming in way after us were already getting called back and leaving. When I inquired about how much longer for us, they said we were next. After TWO MORE people, he was called back and then they treated me very rudely. The woman there calling people back tried to ignore me when I inquired where my husband was. He had a x-ray done and so I was waiting and the ignorant woman never came back... read more
