My appointment was right on schedule. All of the staff were very professional and courteous. I'd like to say I can't wait until my next visit but, you know. Thank you!
Trying to make an appointment was difficult. I obtained my referral, per insurance policy , but was told by Zack, I had to have a referral and authorization , which wasn’t true. Authorization was to be required on April 1st and after per my insurance policy thereby delaying my scheduling my appointment. My appointment was scheduled fin February. Otherwise everything was great. PA Jeff was attentive and caring.
I found Kyle Havercroft quite knowledgeable about my shoulder issues and have followed his instructions regarding physical therapy etc. looking forward to getting better soon.
