The whole staff was wonderful. From reception to nursing staff to PA. I felt I was in excellent hands. Thank you.
Receptionist was very helpful and courteous. Jeff Lien went the extra mile by examining both shoulders, thoroughly answering all my questions. A very pleasant and professional experience!
First time client, I've been to several Ortho Dr's due to bone issues and I was seen fast, everyone here were so nice, Dr. really listened didn't make me feel like I was overreacting or exaggerating the pain, he did find the injury and right away made a plan to fix it.
Post-op Patient follow up is not that good. Immediately after surgery, while staying in their hospital (overnight) I was given anti nausea meds, but they did not prescribe me any once discharged. I ended up in the ER two days later after the pain meds caused me to throw them up and go without pain management for a couple days. Not being a Doctor, I had no idea what was going on. Gals are great n Jeff PA is great. However front gal had .e down for a knee when it's my shoulder She fixed it of course but otherwise would be five stars
