The office was very busy but the receptionist was very friendly and professional. The nurse and X-ray technician were very nice. The Dr I saw was very personable. Overall, I'd say it was a really good visit
The whole team, (from admin staff, med assistants, Jeff & Dr. D) at OSSM are awesome. They are professional, caring & give you solutions for the best outcome.
The whole staff was wonderful. From reception to nursing staff to PA. I felt I was in excellent hands. Thank you.
Receptionist was very helpful and courteous. Jeff Lien went the extra mile by examining both shoulders, thoroughly answering all my questions. A very pleasant and professional experience!
